I do my bookings via iCloud calendar and send out email reminders to clients. iCloud calendar also syncs with Google calendar so when you receive the initial appointment via email, click ACCEPT and it will automatically go into your smartphone's calendar and SHOULD provide a reminder the day prior to your appointment.

- Create a contact for my name, Tim Evans, and add the email address of [email protected]. That usually fixes the problem.
- Contact Apple.ca at Canada technical support: (800) 263-3394 if you are using an iPhone to get them to help you with your iPhone settings which may be turned off or not set up properly.

To get the most out of your massage therapy session, I suggest that you do the following:
- Ensure that you arrive as relaxed as possible and on time.
- Take a shower - This will allow the lotion to absorb into your skin.
- Remove any jewelry in advance.
- Turn off your cell phone or bleeper while you are in the massage room.
- After the massage, drink lots of water to flush out all the toxins that were released into your blood stream from the massage.
- Should you feel afterwards that you need to take a nap, don't fight it! Your mind will be forcing your body to nap to 'take inventory' of what has emotionally and physically changed now that your muscles have been relaxed. You most likely will conk out into deep theta wave sleep, the kind of sleep where you awake having drooled all over yourself! (This is a good thing.) Nap for 20 - 30 minutes but not much longer otherwise you may feel very groggy the rest of the time.
- If this is your first massage or the first one in a while, you might feel some stiffness or tenderness. This is perfectly normal for someone who hasn't had a massage before or not had one for a while. It would feel almost like you had a work out and feels this way because your body is not use to it. With future massage sessions, you should not be sore at all.
- * Please note: On Tuesday and Thursday afternoons after 1pm and occasionally Saturdays, Feasey Chiropractic and Wellness Centre's chiropractic side is closed. If you have an appointment during this time, I will open the door for you at the time of your appointment. Look for my sign on the front door which indicates I am in the office!!!
